Loved the way our double room was. The local staff was welcoming. Location: the hotel was really close to the local electrical store, and Toulouse for a conference. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like The Dock that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight stay before an early flight and I was highly impressed. The desk staff, especially Thomas, provided excellent service and were extremely helpful. The location was perfect for my needs as it was in easy reach of the west side of the city. Despite being situated on the edge of a busy road and an industrial estate, the double glazing worked effectively and I didn't experience any road noise. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with great facilities and a good Wi-Fi connection. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. it was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

That the nearby restaurant was a bit difficult to access through a scary alley. However, this minor inconvenience should not deter anyone from staying at this luxurious hotel as it provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

I absolutely loved the cozy and elegant decoration of the hotel. The beautiful furniture and tasteful artwork made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious country manor. The general areas, such as the lobby and lounge, were welcoming and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people, with wide hallways and elevators available for easy mobility.

My only wish for a better vacation for senior people would be for the staff to be more attentive and understanding of our needs. Sometimes, the young workers seemed distracted or too busy, and I would have appreciated a bit more patience and assistance.

Food for breakfast could have been better, as it was a bit bland and left me wanting more variety.
